I've worn many hats at Our Daily Bread Ministries. Starting out in print production and design I was instrumental in developing new designs and production processes for critical communications and helped lead and train the design team in new software and production methods. More recently I have been acting as UX Architect for the organization and working towards building a UX practice within the organization. As the Digital Art Director and Director of UX Design I work collaboratively with local and global digital marketing, research, and production teams, focusing on understanding user behavior and best practices and leveraging opportunities to apply informed design to the organization's digital properties.

Starting as a designer in a small agency gave me the opportunities to learn many valuable skills that lead to a deep level of experience and knowledge for future growth. In this position I was responsible for designing print and digital marketing materials for a number of clients split between B2B manufacturing and B2C marketing and sales. I also led photo shoots and performed press checks.
