As the UX Architect at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, I spearheaded the design of digital products through stakeholder interviews, user surveys, user journey analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. By implementing scalable design systems and reusable components, I ensured consistency across platforms and alignment with business and technical goals.

In my role as a UX Design and Researcher at Google, I conducted in-depth analysis of content reporting systems and mapped user flows to inform design for the Ads Transparency Center. I collaborated the architecture and design for key features such as search, results filtering, and ad detail views, delivering a comprehensive research and design recommendations report to internal stakeholders.

Our Daily Bread Ministries / 2008 - 2022​​​​

Digital Art Director & Director of UX Design

In my role as Director of User Experience Design at Our Daily Bread Ministries in Grand Rapids, Michigan, I spearheaded the creation of the UX Design Department including the development of the digital design system and overhauling the donation experience leading to donation rate increase of almost 70% and an annual donation amount increase of over 78%. I directed UX initiatives for global donor platforms, app experiences, and subscription tools, championing accessibility initiatives aligned with WCAG standards.

In my role as Art Director at Our Daily Bread Ministries, I led a dynamic design team in creating digital assets for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and strategic implementation. By continually iterating in a fast-paced environment, we evolved our design to keep up with current trends and maintain effective digital communication.

In my role as a Graphic Designer and Production Artist at Lassiter Advertising, Inc., I delivered impactful marketing materials for both B2B and B2C clients. I supported various photo shoots, press checks, and production optimizations to ensure high-quality deliverables for our regional partners.
